Hands-on Learning
Our goal is to make the information jump off the page and come alive! Students build critical thinking skills as they are presented with challenges, as well as learn vital communication skills when working with teams to create projects.
Enrichment & Supplemental Education
Our licensed teachers plan age appropriate lessons based on state standards that reinforce concepts being taught in their home curriculums. We welcome learners of all levels. We offer support and guidance to help each student reach their full potential.
Agricultural Setting
The Country Schoolhouse is located on a 48 acre grass-fed beef farm in Lamar County. Our agricultural environment provides students with the opportunity to observe and learn about the farm’s ecosystem, as well as the efforts it takes to bring food, fiber, and shelter from the farm to the store.
